The Strate® sauté pan from CRISTEL® is built around a simple idea: one well-made pan that cooks on the stove, finishes in the oven and comes to the table as a serving dish. Its detachable handle system lets you swap the long handle for short side handles, and pans stack neatly in cabinets and the dishwasher.

Using detachable handles

Detachable handles are designed for moving cookware from stovetop to oven or oven to table. For safety, do not leave them attached while cooking; prolonged heat can wear the release mechanism over time.
