1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using gentreehome.com and purchasing any product or service offered by GenTree Home and Sustainables ("GenTree Home," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
2. Our Products and Services
GenTree Home offers three categories of products and services:
- Physical Products: Curated eco-conscious home goods fulfilled through third-party supplier networks (Spocket, DropCommerce). We do not manufacture these products. Supplier fulfillment is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- Digital Products: Downloadable home intelligence resources including the Home Intelligence Checklist, Home Intelligence Guide, Master Home Audit, and Property Intelligence Report. All digital sales are final once delivered.
- Affiliate Recommendations: Links to third-party brand partners whose products meet our sustainability and craftsmanship standards. Purchases made on partner sites are governed by that partner's terms, pricing, and policies. GenTree Home may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
3. Product Information and Disclaimer
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, GenTree Home does not guarantee that all product information is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
For physical products fulfilled by third-party suppliers, product quality claims or defect issues beyond our stated return policy should be directed to the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
4. Orders, Availability, and Cancellations
- Availability: Physical product availability is subject to real-time supplier inventory. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a supplier is unable to fulfill it.
- Order Changes: Once a physical product order is submitted to a supplier, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. Contact us immediately at sales@gentreehome.com if you need to make a change.
- Digital Products: Orders for digital products are processed immediately upon payment. Cancellations are not available once a file has been delivered.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
GenTree Home participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products that meet our standards for sustainability and craftsmanship. Our editorial opinions are our own and are not influenced by affiliate relationships.

All content on gentreehome.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, and digital product files, is the property of GenTree Global or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
