Protected Content includes all visual assets (designs, photography, logos), written material (descriptions, blogs, copy), digital assets (code, software), and brand identity (names, slogans).

Ownership: GenTree owns all rights to original content created by us (e.g., custom product designs and collections). Licensed content (e.g., stock photos, licensed fonts) is used under agreement with third-party licensors.

2. Permitted Use of Content

GenTree grants a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Sharing	Permitted for limited non-commercial social media/educational  use, with full attribution to GenTree.
Commercial Use	Strictly prohibited. Use for resale, advertising, or revenue generation requires prior express written permission.

 

3. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

GenTree complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and addresses clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

C. Repeat Infringers

GenTree reserves the right to terminate access for any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyrights.
