By placing an order for products on GenTree Home and Sustainables (including items fulfilled by third-party suppliers), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced herein, and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
2. Product Information and Disclaimer
2.1. Third-Party Fulfillment: We operate a drop shipping model for certain products, meaning we do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship these items. They are sourced and fulfilled by third-party global suppliers.
2.2. Accuracy and Quality Disclaimer: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products as accurately as possible. However, GenTree Home and Sustainables does not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or specifications are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2.3. Limited Warranty: GenTree Home and Sustainables specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by U.S. law. We rely on the representations and warranties, if any, made by the respective third-party suppliers. Any claims related to product quality or defects beyond the stated return policy must be directed to the manufacturer, though we will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
3. Order Availability and Cancellations
3.1. Availability: Product availability is subject to the supplier's real-time inventory. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a supplier unexpectedly runs out of stock or is unable to fulfill the order.
3.2. Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we may be unable to modify or cancel it as our suppliers begin processing immediately.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, GenTree Home and Sustainables will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products, including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury or property damage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the products is to return them in accordance with our Returns Policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
