CRISTEL Strate® Stainless Steel Pasta Basket Insert

Please note: CRISTEL detachable handles are required and sold separately. Baskets are sized to fit CRISTEL Strate® stockpots.

Lift, Drain, Serve

No more wrestling a heavy pot over the sink. The Strate® pasta basket from CRISTEL® sits inside a matching CRISTEL stockpot, so you cook in plenty of water, then simply lift the basket to drain. It is equally useful for asparagus and shellfish.

Sizes

• 5 Qt basket: fits the 5.5 Qt Strate® stockpot; cooks up to 1 lb of pasta.
• 7 Qt basket: fits the 7.5 Qt Strate® stockpot; cooks up to 1.5 lb of pasta.

CRISTEL recommends about 1 quart of water for every 0.2 lb (100 g) of pasta, in a pot taller than it is wide.
