PRODUCT DETAILS
Standing up is only part of the bathroom routine. For some people, reaching and twisting to clean afterward becomes the harder step, and it is often the one they are least comfortable asking for help with.
The WL2 combines a powered toilet lift with a built-in bidet. It washes with adjustable water temperature, pressure, and nozzle position, dries with warm air, and then raises the seat to help you rise. A heated seat and automatic deodorizer are included, and there are separate preset programs for men and women.
We selected the WL2 for households where hygiene, not just standing, is the main concern, and where keeping that routine private matters.
Installation: please read before ordering
The WL2 needs both a nearby GFI electrical outlet and a connection to your toilet's existing water supply. It heats its own water, so no hot-water line is needed. The plumbing step is similar in difficulty to installing a faucet. If you would rather not do it yourself, a licensed plumber can handle it, and professional installation can be arranged; ask us for details and pricing.

Checking the fit before you order
Measure from the center of your toilet bowl to the nearest wall, tub, or vanity on each side, and check your toilet rim height. Toilets with a tank that flares sharply forward at the base may not fit. Dignity Lifts publishes a short "Will it fit?" guide, and we are glad to walk through your measurements with you before you order.
Returns: please read before ordering
Toilet lifts follow the Dignity Lifts return policy, not our standard 30-day return.
- Within 30 days of purchase, Dignity Lifts accepts an unopened box with the outer strapping intact (10% restocking fee), or a lift that could not be installed, returned with all parts in the original box and packing (20% restocking fee).
- A lift that has been used, or whose toilet-seat protective wrap has been removed, cannot be returned.
- Lifts without their original box and packing materials cannot be returned, so please keep them until you are sure the lift fits.
- Contact us before sending anything back, and we will arrange the return with Dignity Lifts.

Good to know
A toilet lift is a piece of home equipment, not a medical treatment. If you are unsure whether a lift suits someone's needs, it is worth discussing with an occupational therapist or physician. Ships by UPS Ground directly from Dignity Lifts in Troy, Michigan. Check current specifications and installation requirements with us or the manufacturer before ordering.
