Since these items are shipped directly from our third-party global suppliers, shipping times and processes differ from our in-house POD items.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed by our suppliers within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery typically ranges from 7–20 business days from the shipment date. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the supplier's location, destination, and the carrier's efficiency.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the supplier's rates, item size, and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided as soon as it is made available by the supplier and their shipping carrier. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

GenTree Home and Sustainables is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy for drop shipping items is set to align with the terms of our third-party suppliers.

Return Window

  • We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund issued less a $10 restocking fee (to cover supplier costs) and original shipping charges. Paid by the Customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to supplier policies, personalized/custom items, digital products, and final sale items are not eligible for return. N/A

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us First: You must contact us at [Your Customer Service Email] before sending any item back. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Await Instructions: We will communicate with the supplier and provide you with the correct return address, which may be different from our business address, and any required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send the item back to the original shipping address.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the return. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refund Processing: Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, we will issue your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after the supplier confirms receipt for the refund to be reflected in your account.
